The shorter version of the popular "springer" type antenna (approx 3ft long) supplied complete with a magnetic mount.
Very flexible and ideal where the antenna is getting hit on branches etc.
Will not work as well as the full size (5ft) version, but ideal where you need a smaller antenna.
